“Craft Beer 101” brought to you by Garrison Brewing Co. will walk participants through the brewery’s storied history in Halifax and the evolution of the craft beer industry in Nova Scotia. Learn the basics of the four main ingredients in craft beer and what to look out for when it comes to colour, appearance, body and flavour. Enjoy two, 4-oz servings of Garrison’s delicious brews, including:
- The Irish Red: Garrison’s inaugural beer, the Irish Red dates back to the brewery’s origin 20 years ago. Its style was inspired by centuries of Celtic brewing history.
