The Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) is the voice of real estate in Nova Scotia. We are the
professional association for over 2,000 REALTORS® across the province. We empower members by

understanding of what member’s needs are in order to maximize their association experience.
Responsibilities
The Member Experience Specialist is responsible for keeping track of member journeys. The Specialist
will interact with members across channels and platforms in order to keep fine-tuning the member’s
experience. The Specialist will help create member ambassadors of NSAR.
Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role helps determine solutions and possibilities for
our members. This role will engage members through activities to increase member participation and
satisfaction; analyze membership data and create an action plan to remedy areas that need member
satisfaction improvement; and, understand the expectations of membership.
Qualifications
Education: Knowledge normally associated with successful completion of secondary school with a
degree in public relations. Knowledge of business administration through work or school would be an
asset.
Experience: Building positive customer relations and relationship building is a must.

time management skills; technology proficient and able to learn new software; team player; positive
customer relations skills; written and oral communication skills. Must be energetic, extremely
personable, motivated and goal oriented. Computer literacy: MS Office including Excel, Outlook and
iMIS
