On behalf of our partner, The Idea Factory, we are seeking a Vice President, Client Success to join their

the leadership team and oversee all aspects of client management and satisfaction. The Vice President,

Client Success will play a key role in leading positive client experiences and driving client success

outcomes, in addition to helping re-define the vision for Idea Factory’s client experience in a rapidly

changing business landscape.


Success in this position requires a visionary and engaging leader who is solutions driven and fosters an

entrepreneurial spirit. A proven ability to develop quality relationships and partnerships with clients

seamlessly and effectively is essential. Experience managing relationships with C-Suite and Senior Level

individuals is required. A hands-on and collaborative approach to championing and leading a high-

the performing team is enhanced by your strong communication and people skills. Previous experience in a senior account role driving client experience, preferably in a marketing, client services, or technology environment, is preferred. Post-secondary education in business with a concentration in marketing or an equivalent combination of experience and knowledge will be considered.


The ability to manage client relationships and identify new market and business development
