Vice President Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility - Andrea Frascione

A skilled communicator with 15 years of experience in the field, Andrea Frascione has worked in marketing and communications for a variety of private and public organizations whose values reflect her own. Throughout her career, Andrea has acted as strategic advisor for the advancement and awareness of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives both internally and externally. This pillar has always been an integral part of Andrea’s communication planning and her goal is to bring DEIA issues to the forefront through her work on the IABC Maritime chapter board. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University (2003) and a graduate diploma from McGill University in Public Relations and Communications Management (2014). She also obtained a Communications Management Professional (CMP) designation from the IABC (2018) and has committed to renewing her credential annually through continuous education and avid participation in communication conferences and activities.
